1. Side leg lifts

Stack out your legs such that they are on top of each other. Brace your core and then begin lifting your left legs. Repeat the movements severally.

2. Side lunge with dumbbells

This is one of the easiest and most effective ways to get wider hips.  Start by standing with your feet together in a straight position. Put a lightweight dumbbell in both hands.
