A section of Eldoret residents has reacted differently to the newly released song by a Kikuyu artist, Kimani Turacco, indirectly targeting the Deputy President William Ruto's 2022 presidential ambitions.
In a song dubbed 'hatuna deni, kitaeleweka', the artist says that the Mt Kenya voters owe no one any political debt.
"We owe nobody no debt. The only debt I know is that of Mshwari. Acha sasa kieleweke (let us get to the bottom of this)," says the artist in part of his song.
Here are some of the reactions by the residents in Eldoret, the hometown of DP Ruto;
