Here are the ingredients

1. I cup of cocoa butter

2. 1/2 cup of Honey

3. One tablespoon of vanilla extract

4.. Sweeteners ( 1/4 cup of agave syrup and confectioner's sugar, almond)

5. 1 cup of cocoa powder

Here is an easy procedure for making chocolate at home

The very first step is to liquify (melt) the cocoa butter in a bowl glass placed on a pan containing a little water over medium heat.  Make sure that the water in the pan doesn't touch the bowl.

After melting it, remove the pan from the source of heat then add vanilla, cocoa powder and other flavour extracts (Sweeteners).

After incorporating the above ingredients, allow it to cool for sometimes. After this, you will be required to stir in honey.

An important thing to note, if you are using raw honey, melt it with the honey first before pushing ahead to the next step.

At this juncture, ensure that all the ingredients have been well incorporated.

Try as much as possible to prevent water from gaining entry into the chocolate as it can annihilate its texture. The next step you will be required to pour the chocolate in a glass to harden.

You can resort to harden them in a refrigerator or under room temperature for over one week.
