Here are five exercises to increase height;

Bar hanging

Hanging over a vertical bar will increase your height. This exercise will make your lower torso’s mass pull your spine downwards. In turn, this will reduce the pull on the vertebra hence resulting in increased height. 

Cobra stretch

This is a yoga exercise intended to stretch your spine. The spine will become supple and flexible. An increase in spine length will result in the growth of cartilage that causes an increase in height. Done by lying on the ground with your stomach, then raising up your head while keeping the back straight to a point you can go any further.

Hopping with one leg

This is one of the simplest exercises. This exercise can be done as many times as possible. Make sure your hands point towards the sky when you hop. These exercises strengthen your legs and at the same time speeds creation of growth of hormones. Done by jumping up with one leg while keeping your hands up.

Pilates rollover

Pilate rollovers help in stretching the spine. When you roll over the back, your upper body stretches added length to the vertebrae. This exercise can be difficult at first but the more you stretch yourself out, is the more you stretch your spine thus increasing height. Done by lying down on your back with your legs up, then you roll over keeping your legs straight until they touch the ground towards your head.

Forward bend

This is a common exercise known for increasing height. This exercise stretches your spine thus leading to an increase in height. It is a simple exercise done by standing with legs wide open, then bending with your hands straight, knees straight until you touch the floor, then return to the starting position.
