There was drama after a man caught his son’s wife red-handed naked in bed with another man in Boturi, Kisii township.
Andrew Gekondo, said he has been suspecting Monica Oroo, of having an illicit affair with the man, Jared Onsombi.
“My son married her 2 years ago and left to work in Nairobi. She has been at home with me but, I have always suspected her of being unfaithful. I laid a trap and caught her red handed with Onsombi in her bedroom,” he said.
He noted that Onsombi has been visiting her when they are not at the home.
Area chief Aron Nyamote said Onsombi escaped after an alarm was raised.
Nyamote said angry neighbors who arrived at the homestead beat up the woman and forced her to pack her belongings.
He called on men to stop abandoning their wives at home because they may be tempted to sleep with other men outside the wedlock.
