State House Digital Communication Director Dennis y has suggestively gestured that ODM leader Raila Odinga my have waited for sometime for President Uhuru Kenyatta to finish his private meeting with Ruto before joining the duo on Friday.
After requiem mass for Jane Kiano at St Francis ACK in Karen, the three leaders, in the company of Senate Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen, drove to Ruto's Karen home for lunch.
But in a tweet, Itumbi, now closely working with Ruto, claimed that Raila was thrown into sidelines to allow the two top leaders transact 'important' business before asking Rails and Murkomen to join them.
"The real Political Analysts, are not debating President @UKenyatta and DP @WilliamsRuto that happens often, but try and reveal the conversation between @kipmurkomen and @RailaOdinga as they waited for the bosses to conclude their conversation," he sarcastically stated.https://twitter.com/OleItumbi/status/1058360924678037504?s=19.
Earlier at the requiem mass, Raila had ignited succession debate, just a day after President Uhuru Kenyatta have yet again a hint that he may not support Ruto in 2022.
To clear the dynasty narrative, Raila insisted that his thrive with Uhuru in national politics cannot be associated by successes of their fathers, who also lead the country.
"Raila is Raila and Uhuru is Uhuru not because of the so called dynasties. They worked hard to achieve this on their own," he stated, adding that their fathers and themselves were once huslers.
The husler tag is used by Deputy President William Ruto and his campaign team to refer to his humble background and success in Kenya's murky politics.
Photos circulated online shows Ruto taking around Uhuru at his compound before the two are joined by Raila and Murkomen for photo shooting session.
