Even after embarrassing KTN anchors live on air, Standard Group has come into strong defense of mysterious kid who shocked the nation over his superb masterly of contemporary issues.
At KTN on Friday, Master John Onkendi blatantly refused to showcase his talent despite having done so at Radio Maisha.
With social media users concluding that he is indeed mentally challenged, Radio Maisha has however dismissed the claims.
"He has a superb masterly of events that is rare for the kid at 10. He is doing what many can't do.
"Those saying that he's mentally unstable are wrong. He has a bright future. Perhaps he was tired," said Stephen Mukangai.
At KTN, Onkendi insisted that he was not ready to tell audience what he knows about football and Radio Maisha presenters.
Earlier at Radio Maisha, he had named all presenters and their programmes with ease.
Also, he could name EPL players for most teams like a commentator can do.
During the morning show, fans managed to collect over Sh600,000 for education of the kid, who had been declared mentally retarded by his former teachers.
He first came to limelight through a video that had gone viral on social media.
