The Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino caused drama online when he tweeted about the ongoing debate on the Finance Bill 2018.

Mr Owino who publicly declared his stand on the just-concluded voting on President Uhuru’s proposal on tax, tweeted using a language  that left Kenyans talking.

“Mr. Speaker you cannot prevent an ejaculation whose time has reached. And you can not pick pocket a naked man. Kenyans Tibim," he tweeted. 

However, this was in vain as the opposers of the motion didn’t match up the required quorum to shoot it down. 

The motion was passed.
