The two places are where you spend most of your time. You take about 8 hours in your office, or rather workplace. In your bed, you spend another 6-8 hours.
Unfortunately, most people decorate their living room more and forget their bedrooms where they spend most their time in and one thing to consider is the state of your mattress.
Here are reasons why you should change your mattress as soon as possible:
1. Taking too long to fall asleep
You should not always think that it is because of life hardships and stress that you ain't falling asleep in time. Sometimes it is your mattress's lack of comfort for your body to convince your minds to trigger some sleep. Waking up in the middle of the night to shift positions is another indicator that your mattress is no longer useful.
Do not say it is due to morning cold that your nose is stuffy in the morning, check your mattress state, does it have dust mites? Research indicates that these bugs lead to a runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and an itchy mouth or throat among others like asthma signs.
3. Dipping in the middle
This is a sign that your mattress needs to be changed immediately. You sleep on one of the sides only for you to wake up in the hollow and dip middle. You don't have to question your sleeping mode, just buy a new mattress.
Other signs include back pain, skin reactions, you wake up exhausted, not forgetting the infamous bedbugs.
