Deputy President William Ruto has resurfaced after being away from public limelight for a while. He was expected to accompany President Uhuru Kenyatta in Mombasa on Monday during ground breaking of Mama Ngina regeneration project.
Kenyans wondered why he would miss such an event.
Ruto was last seen on Thursday last week when he hosted leaders from Western Kenya in his Sugoi home. On Tuesday evening, he took it to his Twitter account where broke silence over the recent debate where a section of Mt.Kenya leaders castigated Jubilee regime of neglecting the region.
He said that Jubilee leaders should use appropriate channels to raise issues other than using negative debate. He observed that this would only undermine the party's leadership.
"Jubilee members must, however, use the appropriate mechanism to channel matters concerning us and avoid the unnecessary negative debate that only undermines the party, the party leadership, and the President," he tweeted.
He has also echoed President Kenyatta's sentiments where he said that all development projects have been deliberately distributed across in every corner of this country.
This comes after Moses Kuria slammed President for neglecting his home back yard despite receiving more votes from the region.
