A day after unexpected death of George Morara, leaders from Nyamira have described him as 'real talent' that rocked the country in music industry.
Earlier on Tuesday evening, nominated MCA George Mosiori condoled with the family of the deceased along with Bonyamatuta ward MCA Robinson Mocheche.
"I am saddened by the death of Omorendire. He gave as taste and lyrics when we needed then. So sad that he's no more."
Mr Morara, who was a synonymous figure in Sungusia Boys band, breathed his last on Tuesday after a long illness.
County Women Representative Jerusha Momanyi described him as a 'hero who never lost hope when it mattered'.
"Sad to lose such a fighter. He gave people hope that despite the age, you can realise your dreams. May he rest in peace."
Borabu MP, a fan of Sungusia Boys band, said he will work closely with organisers to ensure the deceased, who died on way to Nyamira County Hospital, is given a descent send-off.
"If there is someone who is much affected, then it should be me. Sungusia is my family and this is a tragic loss. I'll facilitate his send-off," said the second term MP.
Morara, popularly known as Omorendire, rocked drums in open events as well as those customised, earning respect among his fans.
His death comes exactly a year after his other colleague, Bernard Onsongo, alias Onsongo Omosongo, died after a long illness.
