If you are in a relationship and you are stressed up, visiting the governor's Facebook page might be the therapy you need to salvage your sanity. 

In a late night post, the flamboyant governor of Nairobi was in his element, as he posted advice on what to do after being caught with your lover in a compromising situation with 'mpango wa kando'.

Learning to say sorry will save your relationship from the consequences of being caught red-handed, Sonko advised.  

He also advised lovers and married couples to stick to each other and be patient with each other in spite of the challenges that they may be facing. 

According to the Nairobi County boss, many relationships are ending in acrimony because people don't ask for forgiveness or say sorry.

"No matter what you are going through in your marriage, relationship or life just Love your babes, stick to her, stay together, vumilianeni. Ukimkosea sema baby pole, ukichelewa kufika home sema babes pole, akipata sms ya mpango wa kando mpe kipindree alafu mwambie babes pole, akikushika na dame/ chali mwambie babes nakupenda nisamehe. 

"Watu wengi huvunja relationship zao coz ya kushindwa kusema babes I'm sorry I love you forgive me. Ninani ashawai kosea mpenzi wake akakubali?" Sonko posted
