Ruto, who spoke on Sunday during a church service in Naivasha, said leaders should shun divisive issues but rather focus on unity and service to Kenyans.

“Jubilee is a party of diversity and national outlook that stands on the foundation of transforming Kenya. As such, all Jubilee leaders must focus on its agenda,” he said.

While noting that Jubilee party has a history, the DP called on those interfering with the affairs of the party to keep off.

Sentiments echoed by Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu who called on politicians to tone down on sentiments that may sow division.
