Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa's reply to Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary General Francis Atwoli has elicited mixed reactions.
While attending a burial ceremony of Kilifi Woman Representative Gertrude Mbeyu's father in Kibarani, Mombasa County, on Saturday, Jumwa used to opportunity to respond to Atwoli's jibe.
During the Labour Day celebration, Atwoli said that the vocal MP was not his type and accused her of was misusing his name.
"Leave her alone, she is not my type, let her stop mentioning my name. She doesn't even have a waist," said Atwoli.
Jumwa could not let the jibe go untouched.
"Recently I heard him yapping that Aisha Jumwa is not his type, Mr Atwoli we know your type, you are used to Probox machines you cannot manage to handle V8, my dear, let me assure you," she said in a video that is making rounds on social media.
Her reply has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans, with some supporting her response while others questioning the rate at which she was picking fights with other leaders.
