Senior counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi has challenged President Uhuru to go after some 93 helicopter owners who fly through the Wilson Airport.
The flamboyant lawyer claims that the 93 choppers at the airport belong to individuals and not Kenyan corporates as would be expected.
Ahmednasir challenged President Kenyatta to a special focus on the helicopters that he claims are kept at Wilson Airport if he is serious about fighting corruption in the country.
"Wilson Airport is home to 93 helicopters. None is owned by a corporate executive," he stated
Ahmednasir's comments come barely a week after the country held the National Anti Corruption conference at the Bomas of Kenya.
At the event, President Kenyatta said his administration is committed to fighting the monster until it triumphs both from within and without its borders.
The war on corruption has been leaning towards politicians who are deemed to have amassed wealth from the poor Kenyans using their positions in power.
The senior counsel asserted that Politicians have grabbed the Airport which is detrimental to the war against graft.
Ahmednasir also indicated that; "all (the 93 choppers) are owned by politicians; retired civil servants."
He also said if President Uhuru Kenyatta is serious on the war against corruption then he should move with speed and ground the aircraft and make owners account for the transaction's they undertook in the purchase chain.
"If Uhuru Kenyatta is serious about fighting corruption, let him ground the same, force the owners to explain the source of the purchase price," he added.
He estimated the cost of helicopters to be worth between Ksh19 to 29 billion.
