Firstly, the Eldoret’s Twerk Queen is always saddened by Kenyans’ stereotype that twerking is a twilight thing and girls involved in such dances are considered ill-mannered. However, she noted that twerking is also hustling and she pays her bills through it.

“People think that twerking is hoeing and bad manners. However, I pay my bills, I get to go places I have never imagined and get featured in celebrities’ videos,” noted Dora.

Dora started twerking way back in high school after she was inspired by the Jamaican dancehall music.

According to her, everyone can dance but you can only be noticed if you become outstanding. Furthermore, her love for the Jamaican lifestyle has made her passionate about twerking.

“I started twerking back in high school and I love it because I love Jamaican, dancehall music and the way they dance,” said Dora.

If you want Dora to get into the dancehall, all you have to do is play Puppy Tail by Demarco. According to her, this song is irresistible and would get her twerking for hours.

For men who would like to try their luck, Dora is in a relationship with a certain Deejay who is her number one fan.

Hilariously, most men always think that what she does on stage is exactly what she does in bed. Even though Dora has some provocative friends, most of her friends are supportive and always acknowledge her as ‘mama yao’.
