Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Bobi Wine has been roughed up by police at Entebbe Airport.
They bundled him into an ambulance and vanished with him to an unknown destination.
Details of his arrest by the unidentified security men have been shared by his wife Barbie Kyagulanyi on her official Facebook page.
Wine is heard, in a video accompanying Barbie's emotional post, crying out," Kill me! Kill me!"
According to the post, the musician-turned-politician cried out in pain as he was whisked away.
Bobi Wine's case has triggered a lot of interest in Kenya with activists calling on the Museveni administration to release him unconditionally.
The young politician was arrested by authorities in Uganda after an incident in Arua in which President Museveni's motorcade was pelted with stones.
He faces charges of treason at a civilian court, charges that are seen by his supporters as a ploy to silence and dent his resolve.
