Outspoken lawyer Miguna Miguna has hit out at the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party over the brutal murder of Rongo University student Sharon Otieno.
Miguna accused the Raila Odinga-led outfit of being insincere in demanding justice for Otieno's family while it has remained mum over the killing of former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) ICT boss Chris Msando.
The slain IEBC top official went missing days to the August 8, 2017, general election and later he was found dead in Kikuyu off Waiyaki Way.
In a tweet on Monday, the controversial lawyer rebuked ODM leaders of 'dining' with Jubilee leaders such as President Uhuru Kenyatta and Gatundu South Moses Kuria who he sensationally claimed murdered Msando.
"Those who tortured and murdered Sharon Otieno are as inhuman as those who tortured and murdered Chris Msando. Yet, those now loudly mourning Sharon Otieno, especially @TheODMparty members, are dining with Chris Msando’s killers such as @HonMoses_Kuria and @UKenyatta," he posted on his official Twitter handle.
Otieno, second-year medical records and information student, died after she was stabbed eight times by unknown criminals who are yet to be brought to book.
At the time of her death, the varsity student was seven months pregnant.
Her family claims Migori Governor Okoth Obado was responsible for the pregnancy and wants the government to probe him over the death which has kicked up a storm in the country.
