Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi on Saturday recommended a tune by a towering Jamaican artiste to Malindi Member of Parliament Aisha Jumwa.
It is Jacob Miller's 'Mr Officer, Please Cool Down your Temper.
"Aisha Jumwa as you go back to Malindi, there is a song that I want you to listen to. It is a song by a Jamaican artiste Jacob Miller called 'Mr Officer, Please Cool Down your Temper', " Governor Kingi said.
The governor offered blistering criticism of the outspoken legislator who trended for hours on end after footage of her snatching a microphone from Edwin Sifuna hit the internet.
Kingi advised Jumwa to avoid angry outbursts which were bringing untold shame to the coastal leaders.
He strongly condemned what happened to the ODM secretary general.
Jumwa has been locked in a long-running vicious battle with ODM, the party on whose ticket he sought the Malindi parliamentary seat.
She broke ranks with her party's rank and file by publicly supporting Deputy President William Ruto 2020 presidential ambitions.
ODM stalwarts want her subjected to displinary action for going against the party.
Aisha Jumwa supported Raila Odinga's 2017 presidential ambitions but fell out with him after the dramatic handshake in 2018.
