Speaking during the commissioning of Rivetex industry in Eldoret on Friday, Mandago asked Uhuru to invite Sudi to State House at least three times per year.

"Your Excellency, to tame Oscar Sudi, his dosage is something little. Just invite him to State House for tea at least three times a year and everything will be okay," he said amid laughter.

The second term MP has been at the center of attraction, often accusing President Uhuru Kenyatta of plot to abandon Deputy President William Ruto.

Mr Sudi, a close confidant of Dr Ruto, has often accused Mr Kenyatta of also being an architect of corruption and land grabbing.

Speaking during the function however, Sudi appeared composed and skipped high octane politics which he's used to. He hailed President Uhuru Kenyatta for his focus in spearheading development.

"Mr President, you promised us this factory and you've done it. We also thank you for ongoing construction of roads. Please do not take serious those people who peddle rumours about me," he said.

Deputy President William Ruto also promised to ensure his Tangatanga troops desist from premature campaigns, adding that their main focus should be helping Uhuru to stamp authority in development.
