The family of Jacque Maribe was against the daughter dating Joseph Irungu alias Jowie, a close friend of the family said.
According to the source, the father of Maribe did not ‘like’ the man her daughter had fallen in love with when the two went to visit him at Buru Buru.
The father said the fact that Jacque knew too little about Jowie was not a good thing when it comes to romance affairs.
He even, reportedly, felt bad after learning that her daughter had not ended the relationship as they agree. Another source Jacque’s sisters also felt Jowie had four issues that were not good.
Four issues they raised were that Jowie is: boastful, controlling, manipulative, and with anger issues.
Interestingly, Maribe went ahead and accepted Jowie’s marriage proposal even after a red flag was raised by her family.
Another red flag in the celebrity couple’s love life that has left many wondering how sick Jacque was in love is the revelation that Jowie has never taken her to his home.
Speaking at their Lanet home in Nakuru, Jowie’s parents said their son told them to watch Citizen TV Friday news, where Jacque was an anchor if they wanted to see her.
