Chepilat residents were on Tuesday left in a rude shock after a 25-year-old man was caught red handed in the act with his 14-year-old niece.
It was alleged that Victor Mogaka lured his niece, Eveline Osebe into his house which they would later turn into sex lodge.
Peter Siocha claimed that said he heard the girl screaming from the house and when he went to check on what was happening he found the man on top of the girl having sex with her.
“I heard Osebe screaming from the house and I went to see why she was crying. I entered the house since the door was not closed only to find then in act," he said.
Siocha said he raised alarm to attract members of the public who arrived and arrested the man.
Area administrator Charles Moriango condemned the incident and said the suspect was surrendered to Keroka police station.
Moriango said the suspect will be arraigned in court anytime from Thursday.
