Gitate

Gitate has now become a very popular word. It is borrowed from Kikuyu women who used it to mean Mamas chama. However, among the boys it means a cut that is reserved for the gang leader in crime circles, in matatu industry, it means a bribe to traffic police and among the employed sufferers, it means end month salary.

Confirm

Confirm is a criminal outfit in Nakuru. The word is used to mean crime activities.

Bingi

This means the leader of a criminal outfit.

Nyurio

This word means to be shot dead by police. It is used by bad boys who engage in criminal activities.

Bogi 

Bogi means a thief.

Kofia Nyeusi
