Muthama said all those involved in corruption accross the country must be arrested, charged and those found guilty of the charges be locked in jails.

"President Kenyatta is so far doing a good Job, all those involved in corruption should and must be charged. So, I urge the President to push harder and bring all those involved in corruption to book," Muthama said.

He spoke during a fundraiser at St Christopher Catholic Church in Kyumvi, Machakos County on Sunday.

Muthama urged the president not to accept the plan by Members of Parliament to increase their salaries.

He said the increment will harm Kenyans more.

"These people are misusing the local mwananchi, they just mind their bellies and not Kenyans. Kenyans cannot take another tax burden," he said.

Muthama was accompanied by several MCAs from the county including Moses Mitaa (Kangundo Central), among others.
