Orange Democratic Movement party treasurer Timothy Bosire has yet again insisted that nothing will stand on Raila Odinga's way in 2022 presidential race.
A fortnight ago, Mr Odinga dismissed claims that he will be on ballot, insisting that he's only interested to help President Uhuru Kenyatta deliver.
The former Prime Minister also said that he will be keen to deliver constitutional changes, arguing that the country cannot afford to go to next polls without changes.
In an interview on Monday, Bosire said Mr Odinga remains a formidable candidate, adding that not even DP William Ruto will narrow down his chances.
"What I am sure is that we shall field a candidate in the name of Raila if at all we shall still have presidential system. Not even Ruto can stand his way," he said.
"We have been very patient and 2022 shall be our year. All signs are written on the wall. Those opposing should consider joining him immediately."
Mr Bosire, who served as Kitutu Masaba MP, also said his quest to succeed Governor John Nyagarama remains intact despite the fact that he's yet to formally declare.
"We have our own way of doing politics. You don't have to panic at all. When the right time comes, the people shall make decisions," he added.
An economist by profession, Bosire joined politics in 2002 on LDP before joining ODM in 2006. He was first elected in 2013 but lost five years later.
