Administration Police dominated the first half, though they had nothing to write home and could not capitalize on defensive lapses as skipper Alemba proved wasteful upfront.

Owusu's goals makes him favorite to bag the golden boot with 20 goals as the closest rival, Bidco United's Sean Opworah has 12 goals.

The victory means Daniel Shikanda's charges moves four points clear of fourth placed Ushuru FC and 3 points shy off second placed KCB with 66 points.

The two will renew rivalry in a fight for second and direct promotion slot to SPL when they face KCB in a penultimate duel that they must win to avoid going for relegation play-off.
