There was drama on Thursday at Birongo market after a revenue collector was caught pants down with a married woman in lodging.
Martin Mabuka was caught in the act with, Marisela Nyanchoka, a trader.
The woman’s husband, Bernard Okindo, a boda boda rider said he was tipped by a trader who spotted the man and his wife entering the lodging.
“I operate as a boda boda riders in Birongo. A trader told me that she saw my wife entering the lodging with the man. I mobilised other traders and raided the room where we found my wife naked with the man in the act,” he said.
Okindo said he will not continue living with the wife who has turned out to be a prostitute.
Mabuka received a thorough beating from other traders after the woman confessed that he lured her into sex with Sh500.
Women traders led by Brenda Nyamoti said they warned Marisela against sleeping with the man who has been caught with different women severally.
“We warned Marisela against making love with the man. She has spoilt her marriage of 4 years,” said Nyamoti.
