The video was first shared by Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.

Social media users from different parts of the country could not hold back their thoughts.

They flooded the county boss’ timeline with different comments.

Some of them were excited about seeing 'wazungu' singing the song while it seemed normal to others.

One of the users took advantage of the moment to ask for money from the governor, who is known for his generosity.

Sonko captioned the video: “After a busy week hebu tuchemshe bongo kidogo. Kumbe sisi wakao tunatambuliwa hadi Europe. Sisi wakamba tunatambulika kwa kitu ujuzi gani?”

There are many singers from the Kamba community.

Some of the top singers include Ken Wa Maria and Katombi.

Here are some of the reactions we sampled after Sonko shared the video online:

Nyasha Musimwa: "Thank you Mheshimiwa Sonko. Nairobi is now beautiful!"

Miqdad A. Farxaan: "Wewe bomoa Westgate and Tajmall kwanza then we can talk."

Ba Ethan Mkubwa: "Maybe hauko aware but Taj Mall bado imesimama...
