Reports from Jusper's neighbors indicated that he had refused to bath for a month.

The neighbors had always complained of an irritating smell in Jusper's house and on his body, but he never took heed of their cries, in fact, he is reported to usually air his smelly shoes on the verandah during the night while the bad smell irritated the tenants as they slept.

"He is so annoying that he goes to an extent of putting out his smelly shoes on his door during the night, in order to contain the pungent smell from his house, little does he know that the smell irritates us while we sleep," noted Consilas Achieng, a neighbor.

The tenants further noted that they asked the landlord to chase him away, since they couldn't withstand Jusper's behaviour.

The landlord is reported to have warned Jusper and gave him an ultimatum of one month to change.

Monday evening, the tenants decided to teach him a lesson by bathing him in public.

The matter was reported to the area assistant chief, Tobias Njae who hit out at him from staying in the rentals without showering.

"As human beings, we must maintain hygiene, it's so unfortunate to adults like Jusper Owour who fail to observe this simple things. On behalf of the landlord, I have banned Jusper, from staying in the rentals and he will pay a fine to carter for irritating the other tenants with his bad odour," noted the assistant chief.
