The self-proclaimed opposition General Miguna Miguna has blasted the office of the DPP and DCI over what he termed as shoddy investigations.
In an early Friday tweet, Miguna alleged that the DCI and the DPP are incompetent and highly compromised, something he said Kenyans should just accept as a fact.
The incompetent and compromised @PoliceKE, DCI and @ODPP_KE must be told, firmly, that we are NOT stupid. Impregnating Sharon Otieno wasn't a crime. Murder is. Matching anyone's DNA to her unborn baby is a useless exercise. Link the DNA at the crime scene to the murderers.

The General's statement comes at a time when the DCI and the office of the DPP are yet to conclude investigations into the brutal shooting of a former Garissa CEC Idris Mukhtar and the most recent murder of an expectant university student Sharon Otieno.
Both incidences have been linked to county bosses who are yet to face the full force of the law.
