With a series of graft cases haunting her, Youth Affairs Principal Secretary Lilian Omollo has been kicke dout of the executive.
In a raft of changes executed by President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday, the embattled PS was replaced by Francis Otieno, a change that was not however, a surprise to the nation.
