She schooled at Modogashe primary school and sat for her Kenya Certificate of Education (KCPE) in 1993.
She then proceeded to Umu-Salam Secondary School and sat for Kenya Secondary Education exams in 1997.
After her secondary education, Gure enrolled a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at the St Catherine University, Minnesota in the USA and graduated in 2007.
In 2011, she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Public Health from St Catherine University, Minnesota.
Before joining active politics in 2013, Gure was a Managing Director (MD) of Metro-area Healthcare CO, Minnesota, USA.
