Allergic reactions are associated with eating eggs. Eating egg can trigger allergic reactions causing symptoms such as rashes. In rare cases eating eggs can also trigger severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, drop in blood pressure, inflammation in the throat or mouth, and loss of consciousness.

One egg contains 212 mg of cholesterol and too much consumption will increase the amount in your body.

Deficiency of biotin, also known as Vitamin H or Vitamin B7, is responsible for skin conditions such as cradle cap, lack of muscle tone, muscle pain and cramps. This condition is mainly linked to eating egg whites. Avidin found in egg whites rubs off biotin from the body, increasing the risk of biotin deficiency.
