This is after Nairobi City County Liquor Licensing Board (NCCLLB) formed a special task force to deal with noise pollution from the joints of entertainment. 

NCCLLB boss Hesbon Agwena revealed that the measure was taken to protect candidates in the ongoing National Examinations.

Earlier, Governor Sonko threatened to go back to his system of withdrawing licences permanently in case the owners of these clubs break the riles.

Elsewhere, NCCLLB also warned parents and unscrupulous traders in Kibera slums of exposing their under-age children to changaa whose brewing in the area has become rampant.
