The Royal Media owned station had sponsored dialogue to interrogate county government performance since the inception of devolution in 2013.

And rivalry between county speaker Moffat Teya and his estranged former deputy Duke Omoti played center stage with a section of MCAs accusing their former deputy of using the moderator to embarrass the speaker.

Trouble started when Mr. Teya was put to task to explain about tendering process in Sh379 assembly bloc which the moderator claimed is being done by a company associated with him.

Angry MCAs stormed the podium and besieged the speaker and confronted the moderator, Mr. Sorobi Moturi, precipitating anxiety by members of the public.

Irked by turnout of events, members of the public started throwing seats indiscriminately prompting leaders to scamper for their safety.

Guards attacked to the ministers and the speaker cocked their guns as their evacuated their bosses to safety.

The premature dialogue has precipitated harsh criticism by social media users with two warring factions emerging.

Some accused Mr. Omoti of using radio presenters to retaliate to the assembly members over his impeachment with the other group blaming the speaker, Moffat Teya of inept leadership.

Ministers who were present include John Omanwa, Douglas Bosire, Peter Muga, Johnston Obike, Jackline Momanyi and Bernard Osumo.
