Four suspected thugs were on Tuesday night gunned down at Hillcrest, Karen in Nairobi following a botched robbery attempt.

Flying Squad officers are said to have trailed the suspected gunmen who were overpowered approximately 3.9KM from Karen Shopping Centre.

Police recovered two AK 47 rifles and 54 bullets.

 Their bodies were taken to the City Mortuary.
