The women through the #MyAlwaysExperience on Twitter narrated awful experiences they have had as a result of using the sanitary towel brand that is highly advertised in Kenya.

Many of them complained of itchiness and rashes when using the product. One Miss J Naserian twitted, " Burns and rashes are the norms for most users; why are we playing with the health of half the population? We are done accepting substandard products."

Another Twitter user, Amina Ahmed expressed her dissatisfaction of how substandard products are being sold in a country with a government and a bureau of standards.

Always Kenya has so far responded to the ladies through their twitter handle. They twitted," ...It breaks our hearts to hear that some of our products have not given some women the best experience and we are here to work with them to get the right product from our 8 variants available in Kenya."
