Maraga confirmed that the Judiciary is at the forefront fighting graft by ensuring individuals involved in corruption are prosecuted without delay.

"It is worrying that some individuals have implicated the Judiciary to be corrupt by collaborating with corrupt individuals to defeat justice. I wish to dismiss the claims because the Judiciary is working around the clock with the office of the DPP and EACC to prosecute corrupt individuals," he said.

He said the work of the Judiciary should not be politicised.

Maraga assured that any Judicial member who will be caught engaging in corruption will be nabbed and arraigned in court to face the law.

"Members of the public should volunteer information to authorities regarding anyone working in the judiciary demanding for bribe before provision of services. Those stealing public funds should know the law won't bend for them," he added.

The Chief Justice said he won't condone any individual to destroy tarnish  the name of the Judiciary.
