Mbadi has said Jumwa did not take the rightful legal action that would have facilitated her appeal to go through.

Speaking on Tuesday, the ODM chair said Aisha Jumwa made a big mistake by picking a lawyer, Senate Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen, who he said has never won any legal battle in a court of law.

"You are just going to lose it the way you have been doing, why are you misleading her and you know you are giving her false hopes? You cannot win a case, if you mean well for her please advise her to get proper legal representation," Mbadi said while responding to Murkomen on a live interview on Citizen TV, Tuesday.

However, Murkomen assured Mbadi that Jumwa will see her appeal go through and by the time she will be serving the nation, Mbadi will be nowhere in the political arena.

"I have no doubt this trials and temptations she is going through she gets stronger, and in future when Mbadi will be watching television from Homa Bay, Aisha Jumwa will be serving this nation," said Murkomen.

Aisha Jumwa was expelled from ODM party for what they said she went against the party's stand. She, however, through her lawyer Murkomen, appealed the decision to kick her out of the orange party.

Jumwa found reprieve after Political Parties Disputes Tribunal temporarily stopped her expulsion from ODM and ordered for an inter-parties hearing on March 8.
