We can reveal that the relationship between Governor Obado and his Personal Assistant Oyamo goes a long way.
The two met each other at Rapogi High School where Mr Oyamo was a student.
As a student, Oyamo gained the respect and pride of Mr Obado, who was then a teacher at the secondary school.
A former student in the school who spoke on condition of anonymity says that Oyamo did very well in the subject that Obado taught.
"Obado taught us Physics and Accounting. Oyamo had a passion for those two subjects which showed when the results were out. It was either an A or an A-," Oyamo's former classmate says.
That was back in 1996 when Oyamo was a student.
He would later join the ranks of the military where he cut short his stint and joined Obado's election campaign.
Given his former military links, Oyamo became an important cog in the wheel of the governor's security detail.
