What Jimmy Wanjigi told Sonko at City Hall

Nairobi governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko through his Facebook page revealed on Wednesday that city businessman Jimmy Wanjigi visited him at his City Hall office. 

During the closed door meeting, Sonko came out to reveal what Mr. Wanjigi told him. 

“Earlier today when businessman Jimmy Wanjigi paid me a courtesy call at City Hall, Nairobi. Mr. Wanjigi expressed his satisfaction with the Development progress made in Nairobi City County by Nairobi City County in terms of creating a conducive environment for private investors,” said Sonko. 

His meeting with Jubilee’s Sonko has however caused a stir among netizens. 

Here is what Kenyans on Facebook said about Sonko’s meeting with Mr. Wanjigi:

“1st it was govenor Joho now wanjigi, the handshake is really working... we the common wananchi should learn alot from this...we were just used as weapons...we should NEVER allow that to happen,” said Dennis K Mungai.

“Ndio kwa sababu unafanyia Wiliam Rutomadharau unaona umefika....2022 tumekungoja...rem 2017 ruto helped you to be Governor ile siku jimmy alikua anapatia kidero pesa akugonge...sawa time will tell,” said Timothy Mwanga.

“Jimmy Wanjigi should be appointed Nairobi Deputy Governor. Mara hiyo!!!!!!” said Zacharia Kimutai Kemei. 

"Next photo should be about you hosting the hustlers who voted for u​," said Peter Okongo.

"Na usidhani tumesahau...ile kizungu ya jana lazima useme ulitoa wapi," said Geff Scotfield.
