Hessy wa Dandora has made his intervention in the attempted assassination of Garissa County Former Finance CEC Idriss Muktar.
According to the feared faceless cop with a penchant for posting gruesome images of dead criminals, David Mwai, the key suspect in the assassination attempt, was a brutal criminal who had been involved in robberies.
In a Facebook post, Hessy wa Dandora claimed that the slain key suspect had killed innocent people and deserved to die.
His claims are in sharp contrast to what the suspect's family had to say about their kin.
The family told the media that Mwai had never engaged in crime prior to the shooting of the Muktar.
He was found dead in a police cell under suspicious circumstances with the police saying that he committed suicide.
