According to Citizen Digital https://citizentv.co.ke/news/ambira-students-who-insulted-matiangi-amina-receive-their-kcse-results-224297/ seven of the eight students whose results have been verified scored as follows: one B- (minus), another one scored C- (minus), two got D+ (plus) and three others had D plain.

The results of the eighth student were yet to be known and verified.

It was barely a month ago, that the video went viral across the various social media platforms immediately after completion of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams.

In the said video, the students were boasting of how they had 'successfully cheated' in exams while hurling unspeakable words to the two cabinet secretaries.

Days later, the students were arrested after the clip attracted the attention of the police, education stakeholders among other leaders including the president who said that the boys were where they belonged.

After spending days in remand, the students were later arraigned before a Kisumu Resident Magistrate Court and eventually released on a free bond pending further investigations into their conduct.
