Suba North Member of Parliament Millie Odhiambo Monday fired shots at Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa over what she called his tantrums directed at NASA supremo Raila Odinga.
The outspoken ODM legislator accused the CS of being delusional, at one point calling him a madman in a market.
"It is not in order to appoint people who are delusional and pick every madman in the market because this is clearly a case of a madman in a market. Where does Raila Odinga come in? I know people build their career through the name of Raila Odinga but where does the name of Raila Odinga come in?" Millie Odinga said.
In an outburst last week, CS Rashid had accused Raila Odinga of plotting with Western Kenya leaders his ouster from the cabinet, daring the veteran opposition leader to sack him.
Millie spoke in an early-morning panel discussion that featured South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro and Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi.
