Octant Energy South Coast Ltd has promised to engage and consult leaders and the community before and during the exploration exercise.
Mwashetani emphasised on the firm's need to ensure that no environmental degradation will take place since the area on focus is rich in flora and fauna which is vulnerable to pollution in case of toxic waste leakages.
