The photo had sometime back been widely shared online and had angered many.

The witty comedian was referring to the current state of corruption in the country and why he chose to use a photo of the majority leader of the Senate is not known.

Through his twitter handle, Njugush said that Kenyans are tired and they no longer care on how politicians squander public resources to benefit themselves.

“We aren't mad enough...neither do we really care when they are eating, hoarding loads of cash to (release to boot lickers), being overtaxed while deep down you know it will end up in peoples cash boxes at their homes...we don't mind really.....we also forget too quickly actually,” he tweeted

Njugush who is currently doing his comedy online has been very vocal in criticizing the high levels of corruption in the country.

Murkomen is a close ally to Deputy President William Ruto whom the opposition and his political rivals have linked to several corruption scandals in the country.
