Popular Kenyan singer Jackson Rakama famously known as Jegede on Friday night declared his love for socialite Vera Sidika during an interview on NTV’s The Trend show.
Apparently, Jegede had been waiting for Vera Sidika at the Nation Center for the better part of the day.
When the time came, he gave Vera Sidika a bouquet of flowers before declaring his love for her through a letter which he read to her.
“Vera I have always loved you from way back and words can’t explain my undying love for you. You are everything I ever needed and more I hope…” Jagede read out before Vera interrupted him.
Jagede then put aside his notebook where he had written the poem/letter to clearly express his feelings.
“You know a lot has been said about me, you know my love towards you. People think I am after something (Watu wanafikiria ni kama I am after something). I am no after money I just want to share my love for you. I just want you to accept me the way I am,” Jegede told Vera Sidika.
The ‘Gudi gudi’ hitmaker had earlier on released a song titled ‘Vera’ in which he declared his love for the socialite.
