They can never be depended on. Here is a sample of these people;
1) Tailors
Most ladies are the victims here, as they frequently visit them to trim those big dresses or sew the latest "kitenge" style.
They will even start by cutting the materials and pretending to continue working on your outfit, but once you step out of that tailoring shop, they move on with other 'important' tasks.
Most tailors will even give you the exact date and time you could pick your outfit, only for you to be disappointed when you go to pick it.Most Kenyan tailors are not dependable.2) Touts, also known as conductors
Every day we probably meet these people, especially those who use the PSV on a daily basis.
Immediately the traffic rules became more strict in Kenya; the touts became ruder knowing, there are few vehicles on the roads.
Most touts hike fare prices daily, making the common Kenyans suffer.
Some touts even forget to give you your balance intentionally, so that they can milk some extra cash from innocent Kenyans.
3) Caretakers
The caretakers are mostly found in city rental flats.
Some caretakers are always very rude as if they have powers like the owners of the buildings.
He will intentionally cut off the water supply system to make you find him.
