A section of doctors from the United Kingdom, United States, India and South Africa are in Kisumu for a free medical camp.
The camp kicked off on Monday and will go on until Friday this week.
According to a press statement by the Kisumu County government, the doctors have pitched camp at the Sanatan Hindu Temple along Kisumu City’s Ogada Street.
On Friday, the doctors will be at the Kibos Sugar Company to conduct the exercise dubbed Free Dental Clinic.
“Take advantage of this free medical camp where you will access services including tooth extraction, treatment of acute pain on chest, throat, ear and eye infections from today (Nov 12, 2018) to 15th November at Sanatan Hindu Temple Ogada Street in Kisumu and on 16th November at Kibos Sugar. The camp will be on from 8 am to 4 pm,” reads part of the statement from the Kisumu County Government.
Reports indicate that the over ten doctors are in Kisumu, after being invited by County Minister in charge of Finance Nerry Achar.
