As the first semester of the year, 2019 is almost coming to an end, the office of the Deputy Vice-chancellor (Academics, Research and Extension has released) at Moi University has released official opening dates for the students who will be in session during the second semester of the year.
The students who will be in session at the University’s main campus include; 2nd year second semester, 3rd year second semester and 4th year first semester.
Students who are in the schools of Education, Arts & Social Sciences, Biological & Physical Sciences and Information Sciences will resume session on April 23. Fourth-year students in the School of Engineering will, however, proceed for industrial attachment.
Students at the Kesses based institution are expected to begin their examinations next week, which will run till mid-April.
All students in the school of Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management will resume session on June 3.
The University’s main campus is expected to only host three lots of students as opposed to the current which has four lots. These may be attributed to inadequate accommodation and shortage of lecturers.
